The organising committee has selected a few hotels near the conference venue where roomblocks are made for our delegates.
Upon registration, you can select and book a hotelroom in the following Hotels:
Grand Hotel Karel V
No less than 20,000 m2 inside and outside. And all of that in the historic city centre of Utrecht. Grand Hotel Karel V opened in 1999 and is the first five-star hotel in Utrecht. The building complex dates back to the 14th century and was home to the Country Commandery of the German Knightly Order for approximately 450 years. Karel V and his sister Maria of Hungary lived here in 1546. Following an impressive restoration that took 3.5 years, this historic location has all of the ingredients for a comfortable stay.
NH Hotel Utrecht Jaarbeurs
The NH Utrecht is conveniently located close to the city’s historic district, the Central Train Station and the Jaarbeurs convention centre.
Apollo Hotel Utrecht
At the Apollo Hotel Utrecht City Centre guests are guaranteed a warm and individual welcome. The hotel offers four-star accommodation and is located in the heart of the city centre of Utrecht.
